Patricia Kaas

The singer Patricia Kaas was born in Lorraine, France, where she began to perform very young. At 11, she is engaged in a cabaret, the Rumpelkammer Club, in Saarbrücken, Germany. Over time, she refine her style, updating the tradition of French song with elements of pop, blues and jazz. She made a tobacco in France in 1987 with “Mademoiselle sings the blues”, and her first album, Mademoiselle Chante, is certified platinum disc in France, Belgium and Switzerland. The next one, Scène de vie, culminated at the top of the French charts for three months. I tell you follows you in 1993, and the following year Patricia Kaas released her first live, Tour de charme.
